We invite you to select your daytime activity preferences below so we may curate the most healing weekend for you!

We invite you to be brave.

Have fun!

ACTIVITIES

ARMY and Carats will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of daytime and nighttime activities designed to allow fans to disconnect from their screens and reconnect with nature, themselves, and each other!

Need some extra rest? No problem! While we require all attendees to sign up for daytime activities in advance, if you’re not feeling something in the moment, everything at In The Soop is an invitation, and we respect every attendee's right to choose their own adventure!

MAKE IT

As part of your daytime activity selections, join Michelle Mabuyo of The Crafts Cafe to make the cutest weekend keepsake!

Design your own beaded daisy keychain with extra adorable shrinky dink charms. You can choose from summer and BTS-themed templates, or create something totally your own; no previous experience necessary!

WITH THE CRAFTS CAFE

Are you ready to feel how liberating it is to rip up and tear your favourite albums?!

During your scheduled free-time, join Gina Vidak & July Agris of Love Yourself Club for a therapeutic crafting hour scrapbooking, designing jewel album cases, and just creating whatever your heart desires with a galore of crafting materials and scores of BTS & Seventeen albums!

Q+A’s

  • Cabins can accommodate between 7-14 people each. They are heated and have electricity, hot and cold running water, bunk beds, storage shelves, and toilets. Shower houses are conveniently located nearby.

Wi-fi is available at specific locations within the camp with limited bandwidth.

  • While wi-fi access will be available at designated areas around In the Soop, please note that we are in nature and connection is accordingly slower.

We recommend pre-downloading your Spotify playlists, movies, shows, and other forms of entertainment that you may wish to enjoy before arriving to In the Soop.

  • If you’ve been camping in a tent before, you’ll know that it can get chilly at night!

Thankfully, all cabins are outfitted with heating, but not air conditioning. While we do not recommend every guest bringing fans & heaters due to limited luggage store on the bus up to In the Soop, we invite you to coordinate with your cabin mates if you would like to bring your own heater/fan.

  • While the paths of Camp Couchiching are paved with loose gravel, Camp Couchiching is a mostly accessible venue. All communal buildings and some of the cabins have ramps, and there are wheelchair-friendly toilets and showers.

If you have any other questions pertaining to accessibility, please email hello@bangtanball.com.

  • As previously communicated during your In the Soop purchase, there are no refunds, partial refunds, or reimbursements of any kind, for any reason, with no exception. If you can no longer attend In The Soop, Bangtan Ball recommends finding someone to take your place. Please contact hello@bangtanball.com to discuss whether there is anyone on the waitlist to take your spot.
